At Honu Wear, we stand behind our products and our Ohana. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

90-Day Returns & Exchanges

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin, visit our return portal or email us at support@honuwear.com.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Shipping Costs

If you selected Redo return coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is covered.

If return coverage was not selected:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@honuwear.com so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or marked-down items

  • Worn or washed merchandise


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
