Im a size 1XL in pants a size 16 in women's pants. I wear a 2Xl because I like things baggy. I bought a 3xl to be safe and they fit tight. I cant even wear them

I ordered the XXXL and the shorts fit perfect but the joggers waist line was so small that it wouldn't even go over by hips and they did not expand. So I wasted my money because I can not even wear them. I compared the shorts and pants waist lines and the joggers were about 2 inches smaller thus they would not fit. Not pleased at all.
